Maintenance Operation Center
Site development and construction of a new Fleet Maintenance Building, Fueling Station, and Wash Building for the City of Palm Coast. This is Phase 1 of a multi-phased master plan. Future phases may include Admin/Operations Facility and roadway improvements to Peavy Grade.
