Several large-scale improvement projects are currently underway at some of the City of Palm Coast's most treasured parks. Our goal is to keep our residents and visitors apprised of the progress being made on each of these projects until completion.

Southern Recreation Center
The Southern Recreation Facility will consist of a Community Building with administration offices, restrooms, locker rooms, kitchen dining space, public access to 2 multi-purpose rooms, lobby space, an exterior patio, and balcony space.

Crews are working to clear pathways along the preserve, which will be utilized for new walkways across the property. This project is slated to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
