The City of Palm Coast invites residents and visitors to Central Park in Town Center on Saturday, December 20, for a special 20th Anniversary Celebration of the Fantasy Lights Festival, presented by the Rotary Club of Flagler County.

As winter break approaches, the City of Palm Coast reminds residents that space is still available for Jack Frostivities Holiday Break Camp, a seasonal day camp designed to provide children with a fun, safe, and engaging environment while school is out.

On December 16, 2025, the Palm Coast City Council officially adopted an ordinance allowing residents to keep backyard chickens. This initiative supports the City’s ongoing efforts to promote sustainability, encourage healthier lifestyles, and strengthen local food sourcing.
