The City of Palm Coast is excited to announce the reopening of the popular Splash Pad at James F. Holland Memorial Park for the spring and summer season. The Splash Pad will officially reopen on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
This state-of-the-art, 11,000-square-foot aquatic play area is designed to reflect Palm Coast’s natural ecosystems through two themed zones:
- The Shore Zone – Featuring coastal-inspired spray elements such as dolphins, an octopus, a right whale, and starfish for children of all ages.
- The Swamp Zone – Designed for ages 2–5, showcasing local swamp features like lily pads, frogs, cattails, and a yellow-bellied slider turtle.
The Splash Pad area offers plenty of seating, complete with multiple covered picnic pavilions for shade and comfort, plus a beautiful coquina rock retaining wall that adds a natural touch to the setting.
During operating hours, kids can press the activator button to start the spray sequence. When the water stops, just hit the button again and keep the splashes coming!
The Splash Pad includes Life Floor surfacing, a certified aquatic play material that provides a slip-resistant surface and added fall protection compared to traditional concrete.
Hours of Operation:
- Daily: 9:00 a.m. – Sunset
- Maintenance: Every Tuesday until 12:00 p.m.
James F. Holland Memorial Park offers additional amenities, including a playground, large and small dog parks, athletic fields, and the Palm Coast Historical Society Museum (open Saturdays from 11 AM to 4:00 PM). The park is located at 18 Florida Park Drive, Palm Coast, FL.
Bring the whole family and make a splash this season!
