Start your Thanksgiving morning with energy, excitement, and community spirit at the 2025 Feet to Feast 5K, happening Thursday, November 27. Sponsored by AdventHealth Palm Coast, this festive run/walk is a Palm Coast holiday tradition you won’t want to miss.
The race begins at 7:45 a.m. at Daytona State College’s Flagler/Palm Coast campus (3000 Palm Coast Pkwy SE), guiding participants along a scenic route that showcases the natural beauty of St. Joe Walkway and loops back to the finish line on campus. A water station will be available at the halfway point to keep you hydrated.
All runners and walkers will receive a finisher medal featuring this year’s fun-loving “Green Bean Mascot,” along with a long-sleeve event shirt while supplies last. Placement medals will be awarded to the overall men’s and women’s winners, as well as first, second, and third-place finishers in 14 different age categories.
The event will also feature a festive costume contest, with prizes awarded in four categories: Cutest Kid Costume, Best Overall Costume, Best Costumed Couple, and Best Overall Family Costume. Participants are encouraged to get creative and bring their holiday spirit to the starting line.
Registration is now open. Adults can register for $30 through November 11. After that date, the price increases to $35. Student registration (K–12) is $20. “Feet to Feast is a celebration of community, wellness, and fun,” said Brittany McDermott, Deputy Director of Palm Coast Parks and Recreation. “This will be my ninth year being a part of this event, and I am always so moved to see friends and families gather, from the casual walker to the competitive runner. Even though the event can be fast-moving, I always find a moment to pause and appreciate all of the smiles and little moments that are happening to form those lifelong memories. We are proud to create that for our community.”
