Palm Coast Residents to Receive Preferred Parks & Recreation Pricing Starting March 25

The City of Palm Coast will begin implementing resident and non-resident pricing for Parks & Recreation amenities and facility rentals starting Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

Under the new structure, individuals who live within the Palm Coast city limits and pay City of Palm Coast property taxes will qualify for resident pricing. Individuals who live outside the city limits will be charged the non-resident rate when registering for City facility admissions and rentals.

It should be noted that having a Palm Coast mailing address does not always mean a property is located within the City limits. Some neighborhoods with Palm Coast mailing addresses—such as areas in the Hammock or communities like Palm Coast Plantation—are located in unincorporated Flagler County and do not contribute City property taxes. Residents in those areas will register at the non-resident rate.

Many municipalities and parks and recreation agencies across the country use resident and non-resident pricing models. Because local recreation programs are partially supported through City taxes, this approach helps ensure that Palm Coast residents receive the greatest value for amenities funded and maintained by the City.

While updated pricing will be available when registration opens on March 25, most programs will offer a lower rate for residents. For example, many park pavilion rentals will cost approximately $15 less for Palm Coast residents than for non-residents.

The updated pricing structure will apply to facility admissions offered through the City’s Parks and Recreation catalog and the CivicRec online registration system, including facility rentals, pass holder programs, and daily admissions throughout the year.

Participants may be asked to verify their residency during the registration process. Individuals who reside within the City of Palm Coast and contribute City property taxes will be eligible for resident pricing, while those who live outside City limits will be registered at the non-resident rate.

The City of Palm Coast Parks & Recreation Department remains committed to providing high-quality programs that promote health, wellness, and community engagement for residents of all ages.

Residents and visitors are encouraged to review upcoming programs and registration details prior to the March 25 implementation date. Beginning that day, the updated pricing structure will appear automatically when registering for programs through the City’s online catalog.
