The City of Palm Coast was honored to host a prestigious Florida State Golf Association Juniors Tournament at the Palm Harbor Golf Club on January 24-25, 2026, welcoming 74 talented junior golfers and their families from across Florida and beyond for a weekend of high-level competition and community connection.

Events like this bring more than great golf to Palm Coast—they generate meaningful economic impact by filling local hotels, supporting restaurants and retailers, and showcasing Palm Harbor Golf Club as a premier destination for competitive play. Hosting regional and statewide tournaments continues to strengthen Palm Coast’s reputation as a sports tourism destination and highlights the city’s commitment to quality recreational amenities.

“We’re proud to welcome young athletes and their families to Palm Coast and grateful for the positive impact these events have on our local economy and community,” said Dennis Redican, Outdoor Recreation Manager for the City of Palm Coast. “Palm Harbor Golf Club proved to be the perfect course to showcase the incredible talent that these young athletes displayed.”

Palm Harbor’s tight fairways and challenging layout tested competitors throughout the weekend, providing an exceptional tournament experience for players ages 9–12. The event also offered visitors an opportunity to explore Palm Coast’s parks, trails, and local businesses while supporting youth athletics.

While the tournament emphasized sportsmanship and skill development, several golfers delivered standout performances in their respective divisions. Division winners included Jayden Wei (Boys 11–12), Lucas Li (Boys 9–10), Chloe Audrey Chen (Girls 11–12), and Jocelynn Ayala (Girls 9–10). The City congratulates all participants for their dedication and competitive spirit.

The City of Palm Coast extends its appreciation to tournament organizers, Palm Harbor Golf Club staff, volunteers, and families who helped make the event a success. By hosting events like this, Palm Coast continues to invest in experiences that elevate quality of life, support local businesses, and bring visitors back to the community.

The Florida State Golf Association Juniors Tournament will return to the Palm Harbor Golf Club on March 21-22, 2026, for 13-15-year-old junior golfers.
