At its February 3, 2026, meeting, the Palm Coast City Council approved a resolution accepting a $55,000 donation from the Town Center at Palm Coast Community Development District to support enhancements to the Stage at Town Center.

The donation will fund improvements to the Stage area, including the creation of a dedicated food truck vendor space designed to improve event flow, safety, and overall guest experience. These enhancements directly support the City’s plans to reimagine Food Truck Tuesday as Beats & Eats, a refreshed community event launching in May 2026.

Beats & Eats combines the food truck lineup residents know and love with live concert entertainment, building on the success of both Food Truck Tuesday and the Palm Coast Concert Series. The event will take place monthly from May through October on the following dates:

  • May 28
  • June 25
  • July 30
  • August 27
  • September 24
  • October 22

All events are generally scheduled on Thursdays, with the October event planned earlier in the month to avoid conflicts with Halloween and the City’s Hall of Terror festivities. The City has confirmed SoulFire as the live entertainment for the first Beats & Eats event on May 28, with additional performers for future dates currently being finalized.

The City and the Town Center Community Development District share a long-standing public-private partnership focused on advancing Town Center and enhancing quality of life in Palm Coast. This latest contribution builds on previous collaborations that supported public safety and infrastructure improvements within the district.

“This is a great example of how partnerships help us move projects forward in a thoughtful way,” said Brittany McDermott, Deputy Director of Parks and Recreation. “We are incredibly grateful to the Town Center Community Development District for their $55,000 donation, which allows us to enhance the Stage at Town Center and support the launch of Beats & Eats. These improvements help us better serve our vendors, nonprofit partners, and residents while creating an experience the community has been asking for.”

The popular nonprofit beneficiary program from Food Truck Tuesdays will continue as part of Beats & Eats, ensuring the event remains a meaningful way to support local organizations while bringing the community together.

Additional details, including confirmed dates, performers, vendor participation, and beneficiary opportunities, will be announced closer to the May 2026 launch. Vendors and nonprofit organizations interested in participating can contact SpecialEvents@palmcoastgov.com for more information.
