Temporary Lane Closures on Colbert Lane Begin January 5

The City of Palm Coast has announced that temporary lane closures will be in effect along Colbert Lane at Waterfront Park Road beginning Monday, January 5, while construction is conducted along the roadway to remove existing pipes and install a new box culvert system in its place. 

Work on this project is expected to be completed on Friday, January 16. Similar construction projects are set be completed in other areas along Colbert Lane throughout the remainder of 2026 with dates TBA. Minimal delays can be expected in this area while work is underway. We appreciate your patience as we work to make these necessary upgrades to our stormwater system.
