The Palm Coast City Council meets regularly to discuss and vote on official City business. These meetings are open to the public, and Palm Coast residents are strongly encouraged to attend. An increase in public engagement helps to build a stronger sense of community, increase valuable discussions, and decrease division.

The agenda for the City Council Workshop Meeting on Tuesday, September 2, at 6 p.m. will be as follows:

Proclamations

The following proclamations will be made:

  1. The City Administration will recognize September 2025 as Prostate Cancer Awareness month.
  2. The City Administration will recognize September 2025 as National Recovery Month. 

Minutes

The meeting minutes will be submitted for approval:

  1. August 19, 2025, Business Meeting
  2. August 26, 2025, Workshop Meeting

Appointments

The following appointments will be made: 

  1. The City Administration will appoint one voting member and one alternate member to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee.
  2. The City Administration will appoint one voting member and one alternate member to the Citizens Advisory Committee.

Ordinances Second Read

The following ordinances will be presented: 

  1. The Community Development Department will present an ordinance amending the City of Palm Coast Unified Land Development Cost, Chapter 13, relating to exterior colors. At the July 15, 2025, Business Meeting, Council requested that the Ordinance reflect no change to the restricted colors and to remove the LRV standards from the code.

Resolutions

The following resolutions will be presented: 

  1. The Fire Department will present a resolution approving an interlocal agreement between Flagler County and the City of Palm Coast relates to CAD software maintenance.

Consent

The following items will be presented for consent: 

  1. The Utility Department will present a resolution approving piggybacking City of Deltona’s contract with Paralee Company INC. for instrumentation services and repairs as needed. 
  2. The Public Works Department will present a resolution approving a Master Services Agreement with ACCU-TEMP Heating and Air Conditioning, INC. for city-wide HVAC services. 

Public Comments will be opened at the beginning and end of the workshop in accordance with Section 286.0114, Florida Statutes, and pursuant to the City Council’s Meeting Policies and Procedures. Each speaker will approach the podium, provide his/her name, and may speak for up to 3 minutes.

Please note that no proclamations are scheduled for this specific meeting. Additionally, public comments on non-agenda items will be limited to 30 minutes at the beginning and end of each meeting. This schedule is subject to change due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
