The City of Palm Coast is excited to light up the night with the Annual Starlight Parade this Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Central Park in Town Center. This cherished holiday tradition brings families, friends, and neighbors together for an evening filled with lights, music, food, and festive cheer.
Pre-parade festivities begin at 4:00 p.m. in Central Park, where attendees can enjoy 17 food trucks, interactive activities, and a full schedule of live entertainment. The live band Soulfire will kick off the event at 4:00 p.m., followed by performances from The Dance Method at 4:50 p.m. and the FPC Step Up Group/Nazair at 4:55 p.m. Soulfire will return to the stage at 5:10 p.m., performing until the entertainment portion concludes at 6:00 p.m. Families can take holiday photos, visit community vendors, write Letters to Santa or play Grinch Games at the Parks & Recreation Welcome Tent, and meet Santa himself in Santa’s Village from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. The Palm Coast Fire Department will also bring its interactive Fire Safety Trailer for children of all ages to explore.
While in the park, guests are encouraged to enjoy the 20th Annual Fantasy Lights display hosted by the Rotary Club of Flagler County. The dazzling exhibit continues nightly through December 30 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
The Starlight Parade will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. This year, 68 decorated floats will make their way through Town Center, starting at the Central Avenue roundabout and traveling along Park Street, Lake Avenue, City Place, and ending on Bulldog Drive to disembark at Flagler Palm Coast High School. The parade will feature Grand Marshal Pastor Charlie Silano of the Grace Community Food Pantry, along with Mayor Mike Norris, Vice Mayor Theresa Pontieri, and Council Members Ty Miller, Charles Gambaro, and David Sullivan. Several City departments will participate with themed displays, and Palm Coast Ford, the parade’s sponsor, is providing six vehicles for City leadership and the Grand Marshal. Parade judging will take place at 4:30 p.m., and roads along the route will close at 5:15 p.m. to ensure the safety of participants and spectators.
Parking will be available throughout Town Center, with the exception of a few spaces at the start and end of Park Street, behind the Chiumento building, and along a portion of Lake Avenue. Additional parking will be offered in the grassy area next to City Hall, with City staff on hand to assist. Overflow parking will be available at Flagler Palm Coast High School, while parade participants should park in the 800 gym lot. Accessible parking will be designated on Central Avenue in front of the restrooms.
Parade participants should note that line-up begins at 3:30 p.m., with the staging area located just past the entrance to Publix, down Market Avenue, and along the eastbound lanes of Central Avenue up to the roundabout. All participants are required to attend the Parade Safety Meeting on December 3 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Palm Coast Community Center, 305 Palm Coast Parkway NE.
The City of Palm Coast reminds everyone to prioritize safety while enjoying the festivities. Sidewalks should be used whenever available, and adults are encouraged to always keep small children close and away from the parade route. Spectators should be mindful of moving vehicles and floats and follow all guidance from event staff and law enforcement. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office will be on-site to ensure a safe and joyful experience for all.
For those unable to attend in person, the Starlight Parade will be live-streamed on the City of Palm Coast’s YouTube channel, allowing viewers to enjoy the magic of the evening from the comfort of their own homes.
