The City of Palm Coast and Flagler County Parks and Recreation want your feedback! Your input is the key to assessing community needs.  Your feedback will be used to help guide decisions on the future of parks and recreation countywide. Please share your thoughts to help create a plan that best suits the needs and wants of the City of Palm Coast and Flagler County residents. This is your chance to help shape the future of Parks and Recreation!

A random sampling of residents were invited to take a survey, and these responses will provide statistically valid results. In addition, the City of Palm Coast and Flagler County invite all residents to provide feedback and input through an open-link survey that is live now at: www.flaglerparksurvey.org/open

The results of this survey will provide critical information in determining community values, satisfaction levels, needs and priorities, and demographics for the City of Palm Coast and Flagler County’s long-term planning efforts.  Questions will be asked about what types of improvements residents want at their parks and recreation system and where priorities should be placed.

This project is led by BerryDunn, with survey and data work done by RRC Associates.  The open-link survey will give all residents an opportunity to provide feedback, and their responses will be included in the final analysis.  While open-link results will be kept separate from the statistically valid responses, these responses will none-the-less provide valuable feedback for the City of Palm Coast and Flagler County.

As well, the engagement website is still live to accept additional resident input. Residents can submit suggestions, feedback, and identify gaps in recreational amenities through the ideas wall. The trail system forum is available to discuss current barriers to access and explore ways to improve the existing trail system. Users can also use the mapping tool to visualize trails within the County’s boundaries and leave comments in real-time. And lastly, a budgeting tool for users to prioritize where spending should be directed.
