The Palm Coast Fire Department is thrilled to commemorate 50 years of dedicated service to our beloved community. The department's roots were established by its visionary forefathers, whose leadership laid the foundation of excellence that we continue to uphold today.

The Palm Coast Volunteer Fire Department was established on April 3, 1973, with 36 members, many of whom were retired firefighters from various parts of the country who settled in the Palm Coast area. We have grown as a department and a community over these past 50 years.

The Palm Coast Fire Department cordially invites you to the momentous occasion of the 50th Anniversary Kick-off Celebration. The ceremony will celebrate 50 years of service with a fire truck display, station tour, and ceremony. Fire Chief Kyle Berryhill will offer remarks capturing the historical significance of these past 50 years. Additional speakers include Mayor David Alfin and Representative Paul Renner, the Florida House of Representatives Speaker.

We invite you to join us on Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Fire Station 21, 9 Corporate Drive, Palm Coast. Overflow parking will be available on Corporate Drive. View a video invite from Chief Kyle Berryhill here: https://youtu.be/ml0trOxVtTA.
