Palm Coast Fire Chief Kyle Berryhill and Special Guest "Ghostface" Join Forces for Halloween Safety Video

The Palm Coast Fire Department (PCFD) is proud to announce a new Halloween safety initiative featuring our very own Fire Chief Kyle Berryhill and a special guest appearance by the iconic Ghostface, the villain of this year's 2023 Hall of Terror. 

Each year, countless fire-related incidents occur throughout the United States, endangering lives and property. The PCFD is taking proactive steps this Halloween season to educate and protect our community. Did you know that in the United States, approximately 800 home fires are ignited by candles on Halloween? Moreover, children are twice as likely to be involved in a fatal pedestrian accident on Halloween night compared to any other night of the year. 

In this Public Service Announcement (PSA), Chief Kyle Berryhill and Ghostface will share valuable advice on fire prevention, pedestrian safety, and more. We encourage all residents to join us in watching this informative video to help make this Halloween season both thrilling and secure. Your safety is our paramount concern! 

"This Halloween we want to create a fun and secure environment for Palm Coast families,” said Fire Chief Kyle Berryhill. “Our Halloween safety video provides practical insights on protecting your loved ones and your property, ensuring a safe, fun, and memorable holiday. "

Residents can look forward to an unforgettable and safe Halloween experience at the 2023 Hall of Terror on October 30 and 31 at Fire Station 25 in Palm Coast, Florida, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This annual event promises a spine-tingling experience for those brave enough to attend. Face your fears and meet Ghostface in person - if you dare!
