Matanzas Woods Parkway Milling and Resurfacing Project

The Traffic & Engineering division would like to inform residents about an upcoming milling and resurfacing project scheduled for Matanzas Wood Parkway in Palm Coast. Starting from Monday, June 26, 2023, and continuing for several weeks, daily lane closures will be in effect on Matanzas Wood Parkway between US-1 and I-95. These closures will be in operation between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. each day, Monday through Friday.

Starting from Monday, June 26, 2023, and continuing for several weeks, daily lane closures will be in effect on Matanzas Wood Parkway between US-1 and I-95. These closures will be in operation between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. each day, Monday through Friday.

Residents should be prepared for delays and exercise caution during the paving operation by P&S Paving. Base repairs will be conducted on a large portion of the roadway, and the estimated duration for construction is 3-4 weeks.

Drivers should be cautious in the area and expect delays. If feasible, it is recommended to use an alternative route during this period to avoid any potential inconvenience.
