The City of Palm Coast would like to inform residents that as of Monday, March 6, motorists using the roadway on East Hampton Boulevard will experience a shift in traffic pattern which will accommodate the next phases of project construction. Details include…

(March 3, 2023) – The City of Palm Coast would like to inform residents that as of Monday, March 6, motorists using the roadway on East Hampton Boulevard will experience a shift in traffic pattern which will accommodate the next phases of project construction. 

Which will include:

Mon. March 6 – The contractor will be implementing a detour that forces inbound traffic on East Hampton to turn right onto Emerson Ln. and left onto Empress Ln. This will be in place for 2-3 days.

Tues. March 7 through Thurs. March 9 – The contractor will begin nighttime operation to mill and resurface the roadway. Roadway will be down to one lane and a flagging operation will be in place. The timeframe will be from 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Thurs. March 9 to Fri. March 10 – The contractor will be implementing the final striping pattern for the roadway.

(January 26, 2023) – Phase 1 for the construction of a right turn lane located on East Hampton Parkway is scheduled to take place on Monday, January 30. The contractor P & S Paving will begin the implementation of the traffic control plan on Belle Terre Parkway and East Hampton Boulevard.

This will include a temporary road closure of the eastbound right turn lane on East Hampton Boulevard and the southbound righthand thru lane of Belle Terre Parkway. This traffic pattern is expected to continue for approximately 30 days. 

Drivers can expect to see increased travel time in this area while this traffic pattern is in place. Proper MOT and detour signs will be placed.
