Founded in October 2002 by Paula Wilburn, their mission is to provide essential services and support to families in Flagler, Volusia, Putnam, and St. Johns counties. Our community is made up of parents, grandparents, friends, and professionals who are dedicated to advocating for individuals with Down syndrome. This year, the association hosts its 20th annual Buddy Walk on November 1 at Central Park in Town Center to raise funds and awareness for their cause.
