City of Palm Coast CDBG Housing Program
The City has received federal and state grant funding to support homeowners and strengthen neighborhoods throughout Palm Coast. Who Is Eligible?
Assistance is available to low- and moderate-income households, generally defined as families earning 80% or less of the area median income. Eligibility requirements vary by program.
Consistent with Federal Regulations and the City of Palm Coast Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Citizens Participation Plan (CPP), the FFY 2022-2026 Consolidated Action Plan which includes the FFY 2022 Annual Action Plan is made available for public comment for 30-days from July 1, 2022 to August 1, 2022.
The proposed Consolidated Action Plan is a document to assist the City in assessing affordable housing and community development needs and market conditions, and to make data-driven, place-based investment decisions. The Annual Action Plan (which is within the Consolidated Action Plan) highlights the proposed activities to be undertaken using CDBG funds.
The City's Housing Programs strives to contract with minority, women, and Florida veteran business enterprises. The City utilizes the list of certified business enterprises maintained by the Florida Department of Management Services.
