Our Kickoff to Summer, Wellness JAM will be a fun filled afternoon full of learning, movement, and a great way to welcome summer. The big highlight is that we will be showing "To Dye For" the documentary all about artificial colors and how it is negatively impacting the health of our youth. In the documentary you will hear from parents, scientists and kids who were impacted by these additives. We will have pickleball clinics, demo workout classes, free samples of delicious juices, goodie bags, and so much more. This is a day the whole family can be part of.
