Join us to commemorate this milestone through a series of special events highlighting our community’s vibrant spirit and history, with unique touches added to our regular end-of-year events, including the Senior Games, the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, and the much-anticipated Starlight Parade, all leading up to the main attraction – the Palm Coast 25th Anniversary Celebration on October 26th in Central Park.

 

Celebrating 25 Years of Palm Coast: A City on the Rise

Incorporated in 1999, Palm Coast is one of Florida's youngest cities, and we are thrilled to celebrate 25 years of being Florida’s city on the rise. We invite all Palm Coast residents to commemorate this milestone through special events highlighting our community’s vibrant spirit and history.

We will add unique touches to our regular end-of-year events, including the Senior Games, the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, and the much-anticipated Starlight Parade to mark this special occasion. These celebrations lead to the main attraction – the Palm Coast 25th Anniversary Celebration on October 26th in Central Park.

This event promises an evening full of live music, delicious food, and fun activities for the whole family. Best of all, it’s free and open to the public! We encourage all residents to come out and join us in commemorating this special occasion.

September's StoryWalk®
Beginning at the Linear Park trailhead and continuing onto St. Joe Walkway, the StoryWalk® features kiosks spread over a half-mile that contain the pages of a themed story. Families can walk the trail and enjoy the story, combining literacy and time in nature. There is a very special anniversary-themed story for September, StoryWalk® with Parker the Pelican, that will take you through the history of Palm Coast.

2024 Senior Games!
Join us in celebrating Palm Coast's 25th anniversary at the 2024 Senior Games, presented in partnership with AdventHealth, from September 13 to October 6. Open to participants aged 50 and up, the games will feature traditional events like golf, pickleball, tennis, and the Pink on Parade 5K, as well as new competitions such as bag toss, horseshoes, and basketball shooting. The Palm Coast Historical Society will also attend, adding a special historical touch to the festivities. Register now to be part of this exciting celebration!

Palm Coast 25th Anniversary Celebration!

This milestone event promises a memorable evening filled with activities for the whole family, live entertainment, and a variety of fun games and attractions for kids and adults alike! Hall of Terror!
Get ready for a slashing good time because the Hall of Terror is back! On October 30th and 31st, from 7:00 to 10:00 PM, Fire Station 21 transforms into the infamous Camp Crystal Lake, where you’ll be stalked by none other than Jason Voorhees himself. Will you make it out alive, or will it be your final chapter? The event is free to attend, but be warned—this is one fright night you won’t forget. Stay tuned, or it might be curtains for you!



Tree Lighting Ceremony!
Join us for the Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 30th in Central Park, kicking off Palm Coast Rotary Club's 19th Annual Fantasy Light Festival! This special event marks the beginning of the holiday season with dazzling lights, festive decorations, and joyful entertainment for the whole family. Attendees will receive a limited edition 25th anniversary Christmas ornament (while supplies last) to commemorate this milestone year.

Starlight Parade!
