The City of Palm Coast kindly asks residents in PEP (Pretreatment Effluent Pumping) system areas to only submit a case to Palm Coast Connect or contact Customer Service if their PEP alarm light is activated or if they are experiencing drainage issues in their home.

The City of Palm Coast kindly asks residents in PEP (Pretreatment Effluent Pumping) system areas to only submit a case to Palm Coast Connect or contact Customer Service if their PEP alarm light is activated or if they are experiencing drainage issues in their home.

If the alarm light is off and your household drainage is functioning as expected, there is no need to request a service inspection. This will allow city staff to prioritize urgent situations and ensure timely responses to critical issues affecting the community.

The PEP system is designed to alert homeowners to potential problems. If there is an issue with your PEP system, the red alarm light will turn on and an audible alarm will sound. If this occurs, please press the audible alarm silence button located on the bottom of the PEP control panel and contact a customer service representative.

To report an issue, residents can submit a case through Palm Coast Connect (palmcoast.gov/connect) or call Customer Service at 386-986-2360.

Your cooperation in helping the city respond to urgent matters efficiently is greatly appreciated.
