The City of Palm Coast is excited to announce the launch of the Palm Coast Community Survey, which is live now for residents to participate. With over 20 years of survey data, Palm Coast continues its tradition of engaging with residents to drive meaningful change and progress.
The Palm Coast Community Survey, now open to all residents ages 18 and up, serves as a crucial aspect of the city's commitment to community engagement and strategic planning. Residents are encouraged to take approximately 15 minutes – the time it takes to enjoy a cup of coffee – to provide feedback on various aspects of city life, including services, recreational programs, economic vitality, and more. This data not only aids in the ongoing comprehensive plan update, "Imagine 2050," but also benchmarks Palm Coast against other communities utilizing similar surveys, providing invaluable insights for strategic decision-making.
Palm Coast City Council Members depend on resident feedback to guide strategic planning efforts and set priorities for the months and years ahead. The data gathered will play a pivotal role in crafting policies, enhancing services, and addressing community needs effectively.
Residents are encouraged to visit https://polco.us/PalmCoast24OP to access the survey and share their thoughts. The survey will remain open through April 12, 2024, and all responses will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of improving our community.
The first phase of this survey involved a scientifically selected group of residents who received survey materials in the mail in early March 2024. Residents who received a personalized mailing are encouraged to complete that survey instead of the open survey.
For those without internet access, paper copies of the survey will be available at Palm Coast City Hall, 160 Lake Avenue, and the Palm Coast Community Center, 305 Palm Coast Pkwy NE.
