Annual Housing Rehabilitation Workshop
The application will start being accepted on November 1st. Application submittal is via email or by appointment with our income qualifiers.
The City manages a Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to renovate home-owner-occupied housing that needs repairs to bring the home back up to minimum standards. The Annual CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Application Workshop will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 10:00 am at the Community Center at Palm Coast Parkway. For more information, Applications will be available at the workshop and online starting October 29th.
