BT-2 Surface Water Cross Connection
On Bird of Paradise Drive. BT-2 is a cross connection between The Northern Bellaire Waterway and the Central Bellaire Waterway. It is normally closed, but is opened during storms to provide better drainage to the Northern Bellaire Waterway and, during droughts, to help supply the Palm Harbor Golf Course with irrigation Water.
Shown below is the water level for BT-2 Surface Water Cross Connection for the past 24 hours. The blue line represents the Designed Normal Water Level which is 21.0 feet, while the red line represents the Designed High Water Level at 23.3 feet.
