City of Palm Coast Now Hiring Lifeguards

The City of Palm Coast Aquatics Center is currently hiring lifeguards in preparation for the upcoming Summer season. 

This role is dedicated to ensuring the safety of all visitors to the Aquatics Center during swimming activities, programming and otherwise, while also assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, and pool maintenance procedures. The position offers competitive pay, flexible hours, and a great environment at a facility that has been the cornerstone of aquatic recreation in Palm Coast for over 30 years.

Applicants must be 16 years of age upon hire and must possess and maintain current American Red Cross or nationally recognized lifeguard certification, CPR, and First Aid Certifications; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience in aquatics safety supplemented by a demonstrated ability to perform the physical requirements of the position. It is preferred that applicants have AED training and Water Safety Instructor Certifications, a high school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in high school.
