The City of Palm Coast is implementing a software upgrade on Friday, May 13, 2022, which will restrict in-person transactions during the workday. All online services will remain operational throughout the upgrade.

The City of Palm Coast is implementing a software upgrade on Friday, May 13, 2022, which will require the Financial Services Department, Business Tax, and Human Resources to be unable to process in-person transactions during the workday on Friday. All online services will remain operational throughout the upgrade.

Customer are encouraged to complete any business tax or finance transactions through the online services at https://www.palmcoastgov.com/.

This upgrade should have minimal impact on citizens; however, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Customer Service is available at 386-986-2360 or by visiting the customer service portal at https://www.palmcoast.gov/Connect. All services will resume on Monday, May 16, 2022.
